By purchasing a puppy from Woodland Chows, you (the "Buyer") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.
1.2 Full payment must be made before the puppy is released to the Buyer.
1.3 Accepted payment methods are PayPal and cash.

2.1 All puppies receive a veterinary health check before going to their new home.
2.2 Puppies will be up to date on vaccinations and deworming as appropriate for their age.
2.3 The Buyer is required to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of purchase for a health check. If a serious health issue is found within this period, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately.

3.1 The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, including appropriate food, shelter, exercise, and veterinary care.
3.2 The Buyer agrees to follow all veterinary recommendations regarding vaccinations, parasite prevention, and routine check-ups to ensure the puppy's long-term health.
3.3 The Buyer must comply with all local pet licensing and registration laws in their area.
3.4 The Buyer agrees NOT to sell, rehome, or surrender the puppy to a shelter or rescue without first contacting the Seller.
3.5 The Buyer understands that owning a puppy is a long-term commitment and agrees to provide a loving and responsible home.

5.1 All sales are final. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances at the Seller’s discretion.
5.2 If the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, the Seller must be notified, and arrangements will be made for rehoming. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6.1 The Buyer acknowledges that this contract is legally binding.
6.2 The Seller is not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred after the puppy leaves their care.
6.3 Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Kiowa County.

 6.1 All media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and text, displayed on the Woodland Chows website is the property of Woodland Chows and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of Woodland Chows. 

By purchasing a puppy from Woodland Chows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
