Our Return and Refund policy consists of:
- All sales are final. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances at the Seller’s discretion.
- If the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, the Seller must be notified, and arrangements will be made for rehoming. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
